My Background
I began my career at J.P. Morgan as a client portfolio manager based in New York and later in London. After 4 years specializing in multi-asset investment strategies for institutional clients across the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, I moved to California to pursue my MBA at Stanford University. My professional interest shifted to early stage, consumer-oriented venture capital and I had the privilege of working with firms such as Harlem Capital, Rough Draft Ventures (General Catalyst), PayPal Ventures, and PLUS Capital. While at Stanford, I began my formal coaching training as an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow and later continued my training through coursework at the Newfield Network and the Co-Active Training Institute. Prior to Stanford, I earned a B.A. in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies with language citations in French, Spanish, and Arabic from Harvard College.
At the onset of the pandemic, I switched my focus from the investment side of startups to the operating side, joining Robinhood as Head of Internal Strategy and Operational Insights. I led projects focused on driving business and operational efficiencies using Lean Methodology, redesigning organizational structures, and addressing competitive gaps across core teams. In 2023, I joined Sharpend as an executive coach.
I live in Venice Beach, California where you can find me after hours working on my swing at a driving range or upside down at a yoga studio.
