This workshop requires each executive to commit 3 hours of their time over 2 months. Our typical engagements run as follows:
Month 1:
Meet to understand your team’s unique dynamics and goals.
1-1 sessions with each executive to discuss their “operating system” and identify their one big growth goal.
1-hour facilitated team session to teach the Immunity to Change framework and discuss key insights.
Takeaways captured and a custom process designed to carry this work forward as a team.
Month 2:
A 1-hour facilitated follow-up session to deepen learnings.
Iterating your team’s processes and next steps based on learnings.
