Feedback Training for Teams
Feedback training is one of the most high-impact ways to boost the effectiveness of any team. In this program, your team will learn critical skills to give and receive feedback and have mediated conversations with different team members to practice those skills which allow team members to move from theory to practice in this skill.
Average programs run one to two months but are customized to fit the unique challenges, scheduling, and needs of your team.
What to Expect:
Kick-off meeting with all team members to set goals and expectations as well as understand issues around giving and receiving feedback.
1-1 conversations with different team members to understand their feedback and conflict style and offer tailored support to get the most from this program.
Succinct and high-impact training on key skills related to giving and receiving feedback.
Mediated and live feedback conversations to help team members practice these skills with various partners, each with unique styles and challenges, to take steps forward in bringing a culture of feedback into your team.
